Order:
Today, in the morning session, when the matter was called, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 15.11.2010 under the caption “for dismissal”.
But, at 4.15 PM it is represented by both the counsel Sri S. Subba Reddy and Smt. N. Anjana Devi that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties out side the Court and, in view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the matter and they are not pressing the CRP.
Accordingly, the CRP is dismissed as not pressed. No order as to costs.
