ORDER: (per the Hon’ble Sri Justice V. Eswaraiah)
Smt.G.Jhansi, learned counsel representing Sri B.Adinarayana Rao, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, submits that the subject matter of the C.R.P. has been settled out of the Court and, therefore, the petitioners are not pressing this civil revision petition.
Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as not pressed. There shall be no order as to costs.
