Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner-A-1 and two other persons were acquitted of the offences with which they stood charged in CC No.466/2004 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Adilabad.
In view of the same, no cause survives for adjudication in the present petition.
The Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed.
