ORDER:
This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner Smt. Raheema Begum, accused No.2, seeking to reduce the surety amount from Rs.20,000/- with two sureties to Rs.5,000/- with one surety, imposed by the learned Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, vide order dated 22-04-2010 in Criminal Petition No.980 of 2010 in Crime No.445 o 2009 of Malakpet Police Station, Hyderabad, while granting bail.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,
the condition of petitioner executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- with two sureties is reduced to Rs.5,000/ (Rupees five thousand only) with two sureties.
4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is ordered.
