This Criminal Petition is filed under section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.29 of 2005 of Achampet Police Station, Mahbubnagar district, registered for the offences punishable under section 147, 148, 302, 307, 120-B IPC and section 25 (1) (a) and 27 of Indian Arms Act and to pass such other suitable orders as this Court may deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
2. When the matter came up today for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the entire investigation in Cr.No.29 of 2005 of Achampet Police Station is over and the police filed charge sheet and the same is committed to the Court of Session. Now the Court of Session assigned as SC.No. 419 of 2008. 3. Recording the above submission, the criminal petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
