CRIMINAL PETITION No.9 of 2008
ORDER:
Hindustan Latex Family Planning Promotion Trust, which was promoted by Hindustan Latex Limited, filed the instant criminal petition for quashing Crime No.78 of 2007.
When the matter is called, Public Prosecutor submits that after investigating, the Police have already submitted a report as “mistake of fact”. In view of the same, nothing survives in the Criminal Petition for adjudication.
The Criminal Petition is, therefore, dismissed as infructuous.
