JUDGMENT:
On 01.02.2010, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant was not present. Hence, the same was directed to be listed today under the caption ‘for dismissal’. Even today also, the learned counsel for the appellant is not present nor there is any representation on his behalf.
The Criminal Appeal is therefore, dismissed for
non-prosecution.
