Heard Sri V.V. Satish Kumar, learned counsel, representing Sri O. Manohar Reddy, learned counsel for the appellants.
Sri V.V. Satish Kumar, learned counsel, in his usual fairness has brought to notice of the Court that in C.M.A.No.2089 of 2002, the same award, which is challenged in this appeal, was under the consideration of this Court at the instance of the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation and by the judgment delivered on 12-03-2007 on merits in the presence of the appellants herein, who are respondents therein, this Court modified the impugned award dated 25-01-2002 and decided that the claimants are entitled for a total compensation of Rs.6,33,000/with interest at 9% per annum from the date of petition till the date
of realization. The said judgment of this Court in C.M.A.No.2089 of 2002 had admittedly become final and there cannot be any different result in this appeal. Therefore, this appeal is disposed of in terms of the judgment in C.M.A.No.2089 of 2002 dated 12-032007. No costs.
