ORDER:
This contempt case is filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondents herein in complying with the order dated 16.06.2010 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.16994 of 2010 in W.P.No.13485 of 2010, whereunder the 2nd respondent was directed to permit the petitioner to discharge his duties as a driver by suspending the suspension order issued by him vide proceedings No.02/95(15) 2010, WL/1, dated 08.06.2010, which was wrongly mentioned as 08.10.2010, pending disposal of the writ petition.
There is no necessity of going into all the details.
Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel on either side submit that the aforesaid orders of this Court have been implemented.
In view of the above, nothing survives in this contempt case for further adjudication and the contempt case is liable to be closed.
Accordingly, the contempt case is closed.
