O R D E R :
This Contempt Case is filed complaining the wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the order passed by this court in WPMP.No.19609 of 2007 in W.P.No.15511 of 2007, dated 5.11.2008, wherein the respondents were directed to consider the petitioner’s case for appointment on compassionate grounds in any suitable post, pending further orders.
There is no necessity to go into all the details of the case. It appears pursuant to the above orders of this court the Project Director, DRDA, Karimnagar issued proceedings in Proc.No.B1/388/2007, dated 30-7-2010 considering the case of the petitioner and appointing him as a night watchman in DRDA, Karimnagar. In view of the same nothing survives in this contempt case for further adjudication.
Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed.
