ORDER
This contempt case is filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the orders passed by this Court in WPMP No.35922 of 2009 in WP No.27583 of 2009, dated 18.12.2009 whereunder the respondents were directed to issue pattadar pass book and title deed in favour of the petitioner in respect of the land in Sy.No.198/D admeasuring Ac.4-52 cents situated at Kotramangalam Village, Renigunta Mandal, Chittoor District by not treating the said land as Government land pending disposal of the writ petition.
There is no necessity to go into all the details.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the orders dated 18-12-2009 passed by this Court in WPMP No.35922 of 2009 in WP No.27583 of 2009 have been complied with.
In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in this contempt case and the same is liable to be closed.
Contempt case is, accordingly, closed.
