ORDER:
Learned counsel on either side fairly conceded that the issue that arises for consideration in this writ petition is squarely covered by orders passed by this Court today in W.P.No.14585 of 2009, and therefore, this writ petition may also be dismissed in terms of the said order.
Hence, following the said order passed in W.P.No.14585 of 2009, this writ petition is also dismissed by and in terms thereof. While communicating this order, the Registry shall annex a copy of the order dated 24.12.2010 passed in W.P.No.14585 of 2009. No order as to costs.
