CONTEMPT CASE No.1294 of 2009
ORDER:
This contempt case is filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the orders of the Court in W.P.M.P.No.22611 of 2009 in W.P.No.17244 of 2009 dated 19.08.2009 and that the petitioners are being dispossessed illegally.
There is no necessity to go into all the details of the case since the counter affidavit filed by the respondents discloses that for the purpose of survey, the officials peacefully lifted the petitioners from the scene only to facilitate survey and demarcation as ordered by the Court and they were not dispossessed as alleged. Therefore, it cannot be said that there is any violation of orders of the Court.
Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
