JUDGMENT:
This Contempt Case has been filed by the petitioner against the respondents complaining disobedience of the order dated 20.02.2009 passed in WPMP No.4436 of 2009 in W.P.No.3415 of 2009.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the order dated 20.02.2009 passed in WPMP No.4436 of 2009 has been vacated on 07.04.2010 and therefore, the Contempt Case does not survive.
3. Since the interim order dated 20.02.2009 passed in WPMP No.4436 of 2009 has been vacated, this Contempt Case does not survive.
4. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed. No costs.
