Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 1st respondent in issuing notice to attend for enquiry in connection with the charge sheet dt. 16-8-2007 without awaiting for the judgment in Criminal Appeal No. 15/2009 on the file of the I Addl. Sessions Judge, Anantapur as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principles of Natural justice and in violation of Art. 14 of the constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to proceed with enquiry until adjudication Criminal Appeal No. 15/2009 on the file of the I Addl. Sessions Judge, Anantapur in the interest of justice.
