Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents herein in transferring the petitioner herein in proceedings No.2704/AF.I/06, dt.14-3-2008 which is endorsed by the 2nd respondent herein in Endt.No.MM/AFCOF/08 dt.9-4-2008 from ZoneIV (Telangana Area) to Zone-I(AP) and consequential transfers orders of the petitioner herein as illegal arbitrary.
