ORDER: (per the Hon’ble Sri Justice V. Eswaraiah)

The only grievance of the petitioner is that the representations submitted by him on 30-03-2009 and 05-04-2009 to the Chief Electoral Officer, A.P., Hyderabad, ventilating his grievance for taking appropriate steps for ensuring free and fair elections scheduled on 23-04-2009 in respect of Atmakur General Assembly Constituency of Nellore District, have not been considered and disposed of so far. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, we are of the opinion that it is just and proper to direct the 2^nd respondent to consider and dispose of the representations of the petitioner dated 30-03-2009 and 05-04-2009 respectively.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2^nd respondent to consider and dispose of the representations of the petitioner dated 30-03-2009 and 05-04-2009 respectively forthwith. There shall be no order as to costs.
