in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to issue a Writ or direction particularly one in the nature of Writ or direction particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondent NO.2 in passing the ruling vide order No. A/469/2006 dated 16-10-2006 permitting the casuals for verification process and consequently fixing the verification/ Election on 27-11-2006 as arbitrary, illegal, Unjustified, abuse of power and process of law, unconstitutional and consequently set aside the said impugned letter No. A/469/2006 dated 16-10-2006 passed by the 2nd respondent.
