Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to to issue a Writ, order or direction more pasrticularly a writ in the Nature of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondents 1 to 6 in not granting patta to the petitioner with respect to the Land admeasuring about 80 Sp.yards bearing premises No. 10-3-61/2 situated at East Marredpally, Secunderabad, in terms of G.O.Ms.No.972 dated 04/12/1998 as arbitrary, illegal and consequentially direct the respondents 1 to 6 grant patta to the petitioner with respect to the said land and pass.
