Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to issue Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ of direction declaring the action of the 2nd Respondent in not restoring the lands as directed by the 1st Respondent in his proceedings in C.C.No. 774/99/HDP dated 3.6.1999 as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to restore the lands in favour of the petitioner forthwith as envisaged under section 7 (5) of Act 10/1977 and pass such other or further orders as the Hon'ble Court feels deem fit and proper in the facts circumstances of the case.
