Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to Suspend the impugned orders of Suspension of the Petitioner dt. 15.7.2000 issued by the respondents No.1 & 2 declaring the same as illegal, arbitrary, and direct the respondents to continue the services of petitioner in her original Post in Stanley Girls High School, Chapel Road, Hyderabad by setting aside the Suspension order dt. 15.7.2000, by way of Mandamus.
