ORDER:
This court issued rule nisi on 20-10-2009.
2. The writ petition is filed praying for the relief of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the first respondent in not taking action against the second and third respondents in spite of giving representations dated 17-09-2009 and 24-09-2009 as arbitrary, illegal and consequently direct the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on representations dated 17-09-2009 and 24-09-2009 of the petitioner and pass such other suitable orders.
3. It is stated by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj that in pursuance of the representations made
already enquiry had been ordered. It is also stated that in pursuance thereof further steps would be taken in this regard. The same is recorded.
4. In the light of the same, no further orders need be passed at present in this writ petition.
5. The writ petition is closed accordingly. No order as to costs.
