WRIT PETITION No.20015 of 2006
ORDER:-
In this writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is against the inaction of the police in investigating and filing charge sheet in Crime No.70 of 2002 on the file of Vemsoor police station of Khammam District.
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on the basis of the counter-affidavit, submitted that after completing investigation final report was filed referring the case as “action abated” before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Sattupalli on 23.04.2003.
In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration and the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to file a protest petition before the jurisdictional Magistrate.
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition as infructuous, WPMP.No.25265 of 2006 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is also dismissed as infructuous.
