According to the petitioner he purchased an extent of 2369 sq. yards of land in S.No.1520 and 1521 situated at Ragudu village, hamlet of Sircilla Mandal, Karimnagar District, under a registered sale deed bearing Document No.2541/1974 dated 30.08.1974 out of total area of Ac.17.37 guntas. After purchase, the petitioner made an application under the Record of Rights Act and got the entries made in his favour and got issued the pattadar passbooks and title deeds in the year 2007, and his name was also recorded in the Adangal, Pahani for the years 2006-2007 along with other purchasers in the said survey numbers as a pattadar to an extent of 2369 sq. yds. The said survey numbers are still treated as agricultural lands. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation to the Tahsildar, Sircilla on 18.09.2007 to survey and demarcate his plot as per the registered sale deed under the Survey and Land Records Act.
