The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondents have complied with the order dated 13.11.2008 passed in W.P.M.P.No.32390 of 2008 in W.P.No.24804 of 2008 and issued proceedings dated 24.08.2009 providing compassionate appointment to the petitioner.
In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the Contempt Case, and the same is accordingly closed.
