change the word GREEN CITY from its existing as illegal, irregular, arbitrary, unjustified, unsustainable and unwarranted and set aside the same holding that the petitioner is entitled to have the name with which it was incorporated with the second respondent and pass such other order or orders as it may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice.

On 01-05-2009, there was no representation for the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed after summer vacation and today also, when it came up for hearing for the first time after the summer vacation, there is no representation for the petitioner.
Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
