Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ or order or direction in the nature of the Writ under Article 226 of the Constitution of India calling for records in I.A.Nos.245 and 246 of 2001 in OA No.267 of 2000 dated 27-9-2001 on the file of 5th Respondent Tribunal as affirmed by the 6th Respondent Appellate Tribunal in MA Nos.113 and 114 of 2001, dated 26-4-2002 and to quash the said orders to the extent of directing the petitioner bank to deposit and amount of Rs.13,20,034/- in a fixed deposit to the credit of OA so that the 1st Respondent in this Writ Petition can workout their remedies before the Recovery
Officer in execution proceedings after the disposal of the OA and the Writ Petition No.2782 of 2001.
