ORAL JUDGMENT: (per the Hon’ble Smt. Justice T.Meena Kumari)
Aggrieved by the order, dated 02.03.2009 made in WP
No. 4058 of 2009 by a learned Single Judge of this court granting time till 10.4.2009 to vacate the quarter bearing No. PJ-42 at Punjagutta Officers Colony, Hyderabad, allotted to the writ petitioner, the present writ Appeal is filed.
On 27.04.2009 when the writ Appeal has come up for admission, this court, while issuing notice before admission, directed the appellant herein to vacate the quarter on 28.4.2009 in the presence of the respective Government Officials. Today when the appeal is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that pursuant to the order dated 27.4.2008, the appellant has vacated the quarter in question on 28.4.2009.
Recording the same, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to cost.
