O R D E R:
This Contempt Case has been filed complaining disobedience of the order dated 29.01.2009 passed in Writ Petition No. 1182 of 2009.
When the Contempt Case came up for admission on 22.10.2009, learned counsel representing the respondents reported that the respondents have issued proceeding in compliance of the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 1182 of 2009.
Since it is reported that copy of the proceeding issued by the respondents has been communicated, nothing survives in the Contempt Case and therefore, the same is hereby dismissed as redundant.
