Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other dsuitable writ or direction calling for the records of letter No.C3/14/465/94 dated 18-10-2000 issued by the 3rd Respondent herein directing the 4th Respondent herein to put the 5th Respondent herein in possession of an extent of 500 Sq Yds in S.No.157/1 of Thokatta Village, Mandal Tirumalgiri, Hyderabad District, declare the same as invalid and incapable of affecting the existing the rights of the petitioner Company and consequently direct the 3rd Respondent to put the petitioner in possession of the said land and pass
