Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to to issue a writ of "Mandamus" or any other writ,order or direction declaring the action of the respondents 1to 3 in not discharging their duties under the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act,1955 and in not prusuing any diligent action or taking steps for the demolition of Unathorized construction made by the 3rd respondent in not directing the 4th respondent to maintain the mandatory setbacks in premises bearing H.No.3-12-13/C, Ganesh Nagar, Ramanthapur,R.R Dist as being illegal,arbitrary,unconstitutional and contrary to the provisions of Hyd Municipal Corporation Act,1955 and consequently direct the respondents 1to 3 to demolish the illegal construction made by the 4th respondent and directing the 4th respondent to maintain the mandatory set backs in the said property and pass such other order or orders
