Heard Sri P.V.Krishnaiah, learned counsel for the petitioner, and learned Government Pleader for Services-II. They request this court to dispose of the main writ petition itself, at the admission stage.

The petitioner, who is working as Sub-Registrar, filed this writ petition, aggrieved by the order dated 18.12.2007, passed by the Tribunal, ordering notice in a case, where he made a challenge to the orders of suspension, dated 13.12.2007, passed by the respondents herein. The case of the petitioner is that now he has been transferred to Sarpavaram of East Godavari District, whereas, the allegation pertains to the period during which he worked at Jangareddy Gudem in West Godavari District.

Having regard to the fact that the impugned order is not preceded by any preliminary enquiry, the petitioner was already transferred, and that the order does not speak any specific violation or illegality said to have been committed by the petitioner, we are of the view that the order can be suspended.

Accordingly, there shall be interim suspension of the impugned order dated 13.12.2007, pending consideration by the Tribunal. The Tribunal shall dispose of the Miscellaneous Petition in O.A.No.7687 of 2007, after filing the counter by the respondents herein. It is needless to say that the Tribunal shall consider and dispose of the matter, uninfluenced by any of the observations made by this court.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
