Contempt Case filed under Section 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act praying the High Court to punish the respondents herein for contempt of court for disobedience of the orders of this Hon’ble Court in W.P. No. 872 of 2004 dt. 11-03-2004;

The Contempt Case coming on for hearing upon perusing the Case and the affidavit filed herein and the order of the High Court dated: 11-07-2005, 29-08-2005, 08-08-2005, 28-11-2005, 12-12-2005 and 06-03-2006 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri C. Ramachandra Raju, Advocate for the petitioner and of the G.P. for Industries and Commerce and the Advocate General on behalf of the Respondents, the Court made the following

ORDER:

“Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Industries and Commerce. The Advocate Commissioner is also present.

Having regard to the report submitted pointing out that certain persons, who stated to be quarrying, it is not desirable that appropriate steps had to be taken with regard to all such persons, and further as the petitioner states that he had not given any notice at the time of

inspection, it may warrant further reinspection. For enabling the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader to furnish particulars of all the existing lesser or such other persons, who even is stated to be quarrying. Post on 17-07-2006”.
