ORDER:
The petitioner is resident of Proddatur town in Kadapa District. He alleges that first respondent granted Form 2-B licence to third respondent against the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Excise (Grant of Licence of Selling by Bar and Conditions of Licence) Rules, 2005, and therefore, sought for cancellation of the same. He made a representation to that effect on 25.06.2005, in vain. Therefore, he approached this Court. Even according to the petitioner the licence of third respondent expired in 2006. Therefore, nothing survives in the writ petition.
Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
