This writ petition is filed by the petitioner aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in accepting the building application of the petitioner for grant of permission to construct building in respect of the premises bearing No.8-2-269/S/B/4, forming part of Sy.No.129/67 (Old) corresponding to Sy.No.141 (New) admeasuring 347.5 sq. yards situated at Kamalapuri Colony, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.

It is stated by the petitioner that the first respondent-Corporation is not receiving the application on the premise that it is not accompanied with TSLR Certificate issued by the revenue authorities.

As the issue is concluded by the judgment of this Court that the first respondent-Corporation cannot insist either for TSLR extract or NOC from the revenue authorities, the first respondent is directed to receive the application of the petitioner and consider the same in accordance with law without insisting for production of TSLR extract or

NOC from the revenue authorities.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
