ORDER:
Heard both the counsel.
2. The writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in not considering and passing orders on the representations submitted by the petitioner dated 15-11-2007 and 22-11-2007 for reconstituting the territorial constituencies of the fifth respondent as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and consequently to direct the respondents to consider and pass necessary orders on the representations submitted by the petitioner dated 15-11-2007 and 2211-2007 by reconstituting the territorial constituencies of fifth respondent in accordance with the provisions of the AP Farmers Management of Irrigation Systems Act 1997 and the rules made thereunder and to pass such other suitable orders as this Court may deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
3. It is stated that the petitioner made representation dated 15-112007 and 22-11-2007 to Respondents 3 and 4.
4. Several facts had been narrated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. In-as-much-as, it is stated that the representations are not being disposed of by respondents 3 and 4, let the respondents 3 and 4 dispose of the representations dated 15-112007 and 22-11-2007 respectively within a period of four weeks from
the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of at the
stage of admission. No costs.
