Whereas the the Criminal Appeal filed under Section 374 (2) of Cr.P.C. against the Judgment of the Court of the Special Judge for the Trial of Offences under SCs and STs (POA) Act-cum-VI Additional metropolitan Sessions Judge, Secunderabad passed in S.C. No. 576 of 2001 dated: 21-08-2002;
And where the Court upon perusing the Appeal and the grounds filed herein and the order of the High Court dated: 03-09-2002 made in CRLMP. No. 5272 of 2002 and dated: 14-03-2007 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of the Public Prosecutor for the respondent, while canceling the bail granted to the appellant No. 2-A3, Namely; Ram Mohan @ Papaiah, S/o. Shankaraiah for his failure to represent through counsel directed the Registry to issue Non-Bailable Warrants against the appellant No. 2 for his arrest and production before this Court on 18-04-2007;
Therefore you viz;
The Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City, Hyderabad
are hereby directed to arrest the said Appellant No. 2-A3 namely; Ram Mohan @ Papaiah, S/o. Shankaraiah, R/o. Parsigutta, Hyderabad wherever he is found and produce him bodily under safe custody and conduct before this Court on 18-04-2007 at 10. 30.a.m., to which date the case stands posted.
You are further directed to return this Warrant as early as possible preferably on or before 18-04-2007 to this court with a detailed report stating the manner in which it has been executed or if not executed the reasons why it has not been executed.
