This Contempt case coming on for hearing and upon perusing the Case and Affidavit filed herein and the orders of the High Court dated: 02-11-2004, 30-12-2004, 27-01-2005 & 20-06-2005 and made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. K. Bathi Reddy, Advocate for petitioners and the Govt. Pleader for Panchayat Raj, for the respondents, the Court made the following.

“ Respondents are present.

In part compliance of the Order of this Court, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, handed over cheques bearing Nos. 215639 & 215640, dated 29-6-2005 drawn on Saraswathi Grameena Bank, Mancherial. However, it is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondent have not given the particulars as to for which period the amount paid as of now relates to. The respondents undertake to furnish particulars of the amount paid today through the above Cheques, by 11-7-2005.
