ORAL ORDER:
The petitioner is the Managing Committee of Dargah Khittey Saleheen, Nampally, Hyderabad. The petitioner represented to the respondents 1 and 2 for police protection fearing breach of law and order by the third respondent, who is alleged to be a former Mutavalli of the Darga and who had been removed. Aggrieved that the respondents 1 and 2 have not provided police protection, the writ petition is filed.
The second respondent has filed a counter affidavit undertaking and expressing readiness and willingness to provide police protection to the petitioner Darga as and when required and to protect the Darga from any untoward incidents including at the instance of the third respondent.
Recording the statement, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
