ORDER:-
The order of suspension dated 6-1-2006 as confirmed by order dated 9-3-2006 had been questioned in the present Writ Petition. Sri Tulasi Reddy, the learned Counsel representing the 4th respondent states that subsequent thereto, the petitioner was removed as Sarpanch and the proceeding dated 17-4-2006 is placed before this Court. The same is hereby recorded and in the light of the subsequent event, the Writ Petition having become infructuous, the same is hereby dismissed. No costs.
