Sri Venkateswara Rao Gudapati, the learned Counsel representing the writ petitioner states that a regular suit O.S.No.6/2004 already had been instituted on the file of District Judge, Vizianagaram. In view of the same, inasmuch as, a suit already had been instituted, no further orders need be passed in the present Writ Petition and accordingly the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
