O R D E R (Per the Hon’ble Sri Bilal Nazki, J):
In response to the allegations levelled in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, counter-affidavit has been filed and in which it is submitted that the alleged detenus had been arrested in connection with Crime No.17 of 2005 registered for the offences under Sections 148, 307 read with 149 IPC of Komararam Police Station and were remanded to judicial custody.
In this view of the matter, no further orders are necessary to be passed in the writ petition, which is accordingly dismissed.
