ORDER:-
Miss V.Uma Devi, learned counsel representing some of the respondents submits that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, almost all the banks, which are made parties as respondents 3 to 18, are reconstituted by being merged with one or the other banks. It is also represented by her that even the petitioners’ associations also got reconstituted. This is not denied by the learned counsel for the petitioners.
Having regard to these facts, the writ petition in the present form cannot be pursued by the petitioners, unless the reconstituted associations come on record and the reconstituted banks are brought on record as respondents in the writ petition.
The writ petition is therefore dismissed with a liberty to the successor associations of the petitioners to file a fresh writ petition, if they are so advised, for the same relief, which is sought for in the present writ petition. No order as to costs.
