ORDER:-
When the writ petition was called on 30.11.2006, counsel for the petitioner not present. Even today the matter which is posted under the caption ‘for dismissal’, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It is therefore reasonable to presume that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the writ petition.
The writ petition is therefore dismissed in default. No order as to costs.
