ORAL ORDER: (Per Hon’ble Smt. Justice T. Meena Kumari)
A letter dated 03.12.2005 sent by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to produce her husband viz., Venkateswara Rao and her son Vijaya Kumar, who were illegally detained, before this Court, is taken up as writ petition.
The 1st respondent filed counter-affidavit and also an additional affidavit stating that during the course of investigation in Crime No.219 of 2005 for the offences under sections 302 and 380 IPC, the Inspector of Police, Bandar Town Circle arrested the son of the petitioner and produced him before the learned II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate and the learned Magistrate remanded him to judicial custody. It is also stated that the husband of the petitioner is living with the petitioner.
It is also submitted across the Bar by the learned Public Prosecutor for home that the son of the petitioner was arrested in the above crime and he was remanded to judicial custody and the husband of the petitioner is living with the petitioner.
In view of the above submission, we feel that no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
