ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to declare action of the respondent No.1 D.E.O., Krishna, in not approving Staff Selection Committee to select teachers to the petitioner elementary school, as arbitrary, illegal and discriminatory and for consequential direction to respondents to forthwith depute a nominee to attend the Staff Selection Committee for selecting candidates to fill up existing teacher posts.
2. The writ petition was called on 26.9.2006 and 17.10.2006 and on both the occasions learned counsel for the petitioner was absent. Even today when the matter, which is posted “for dismissal”, is called, the learned counsel for the petitioner is
absent.
3. In view of the same, I am left with no choice other than dismissing the writ petition for default. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
