ORDER:
This writ petition is filed to quash the Award dated 27.1.1995 passed in I.D.No.39 of 1990 on the file of the Addl. Industrial Tribunal cum Additional Labour Court, Hyderabad, and for a consequential direction to the second respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service in the post of Assistant Officer.
2. The writ petition was called on 26.9.2006 and 17.10.2006 and on both the occasions learned counsel for the petitioner was absent. Even today when the matter, which is posted “for dismissal”, is called, the learned counsel for the petitioner is absent.
3. In view of the same, I am left with no choice other than dismissing the writ petition for default. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
