When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for both the parties that the subject matter of this writ petition is squarely covered by the common order, dated
30.11.2006, passed by this Court in Writ Petition Nos.21800 of 2006 and batch.
Following the said order, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to approve the admission of the petitioner and allow him to pursue the course, provided he is otherwise qualified and is admitted within the intake capacity as fixed by All-India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs.
