ORDER:
When the matter was called on 24-11-2006 none appeared for the petitioners nor there was any representation. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed today “for dismissal”.
Even today when the matter is called there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
