Oral order:
It is conceded by the Government Pleader for the Land Acquisition that the issues in this writ petition are covered by the judgment of a learned single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition 111 of 2004, dated 19-2-2004 and that this writ petition should be allowed in terms of the said judgment.
Accordingly, the award bearing No. B/1476/99, dated 23-4-2002 passed by the 3rd respondent herein is set aside and the respondents are directed to negotiate with the petitioners or their representatives for determining the amount of compensation payable for the land acquired and thereafter the 3rd respondent shall pass a final award. This exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as above. There shall be no order as to costs.
